Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that orders already in the shipping process cannot be canceled. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order details.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing. The time it takes for the refund to be credited may vary depending on your financial institution. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take additional time for the refund to be posted. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at the information provided below. We will investigate the issue and work with you to resolve it promptly.
